Goat Donation Project in She Bachar Douar
The purpose of this project is to provide 2 young goats (male and female) to each of 5 disadvantaged young girls in the village of Imouzzer, Morocco. Each girl will raise the goats in their village, providing the villagers with milk and cheese, to use or sell. The yearly offspring of the 2 goats will then be passed on to other disadvantaged young girls to continue the cycle.
Within 3 – 5 years, the village should be teeming with goats.
This primarily youth-led project will provide food and independence to already impoverished young girls, to help themselves and their families and eventually the whole village.
